Here are some useful Wookieepedia links for when you are setting up missions:

Galactic Explorations (Known Galaxy at the Time) - Certain planets will have exceptions, just consult with me or another Rah first.

General Galaxy Map, Galaxy Information - Find out where what planet is, find a canon planet (there's thousands amongst hundreds of systems, then there's moons and habitable asteroids...), etc.
